From your initial inquiry through your wedding morning, I’ll guide you through each step with clear communication, careful preparation, and plenty of space for collaboration. You’ll always know what comes next, while still having an experience thoughtfully shaped around you.
01 · INQUIRE & CONNECT
Let’s begin with your celebration
Tell me a little about your wedding date, venue, anticipated service count, and bridal vision through the inquiry form. I’ll personally review your details and confirm whether I’m available and able to accommodate your celebration.
YOUR WELCOME GUIDE
Once availability is confirmed, I’ll send the Ethereal Beauty Bridal Welcome Guide with complete information about services, investment, travel, booking details, and what you can expect throughout the experience.
YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
You’ll be invited to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your plans and vision, answer your questions, and make sure Ethereal Beauty feels like the right fit for your wedding day.
02 · RESERVE YOUR DATE
Making it official
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll prepare a personalized proposal based on your wedding details and requested services.
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your bridal services agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is received. Until both steps are complete, the date remains available to other inquiries.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need for the next stage of planning, along with clear guidance about upcoming questionnaires, your bridal trial, and final wedding-day details.
The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding. Payment-plan requests may be considered when arranged in advance.
03 · CREATE & REFINE
Bringing your vision to life
Before your trial, you’ll complete a thoughtful Bridal Trial Questionnaire and share a small collection of inspiration images. This allows me to understand your preferences, skin needs, comfort level, wedding atmosphere, and any personal or cultural significance connected to your makeup.
During the trial, we’ll create your look together in a relaxed, collaborative setting. We’ll explore the colors, textures, placement, and finishing details that best support your vision, refining everything until the result feels completely right to you.
Your trial follows the same careful process as your wedding-day service, giving you the opportunity to experience your finished look and move toward the wedding morning feeling confident and excited.
Bridal trials are strongly recommended, but never required. If you choose not to schedule one, we’ll discuss your vision carefully in advance and finalize your look together on your wedding day.
Your trial isn’t a test you need to pass. It’s a creative conversation with plenty of room to explore, adjust, and make the look your own.
04 · FINALIZE THE DETAILS
Everything thoughtfully brought together
As your wedding approaches, you’ll complete a Wedding Details Questionnaire so I can confirm the information needed for a smooth, organized morning.
We’ll bring together your final service count, getting-ready location, makeup timeline, photography plans, and any parking or arrival instructions. If your plans have changed since booking, this is also the time to share those updates.
Using these details, I’ll prepare your final makeup schedule and coordinate with your planner, photographer, hairstylist, or other members of your wedding team whenever needed.
You won’t be expected to have every logistical detail figured out when you first inquire. I’ll collect the right information at the right time and guide you through anything that needs clarification.
05 · THE WEDDING MORNING
Your moment to breathe and be present
On your wedding morning, I’ll arrive with everything needed to create a calm, organized makeup experience for you and your bridal party.
Each service will follow the thoughtfully prepared schedule, allowing everyone to feel cared for without the morning feeling rushed. When it’s your turn in the chair, your makeup will be recreated with the same personalized attention and careful preparation we established together.
Before you step away, we’ll make any final refinements, place your individualized lashes, and ensure your makeup feels comfortable and complete. You’ll also receive a bridal touch-up kit to carry with you throughout the celebration.
My hope is that you leave the chair feeling radiant, recognizable, and ready to be fully present for every moment ahead.
